Job description:

  • Planning and executing staff travel to/from work (on site);
  • Coordinate staff rotation schedules and rest periods;
  • Promptly solving problems during the project;
  • Coordinate all accommodation issues;
  • Plan and provide training to new arrivals;
  • Closely working with the Project Manager in Lithuania;
  • Maintaining contact with clients;
  • Consistent completion of administrative and production documentation (journals, spreadsheets, reports, etc.).

We expect from You:

  • Experience in shipbuilding;
  • Experience of leading a team;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian is a must;
  • Experience with planning and organisation of works;
  • Experience in responding to situations promptly;
  • Highly qualified in ship-hull, piping or ventilation installation;
  • Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Knowledge of occupational safety and fire safety requirements;
  • Sense of responsibility for the success/implementation of the project.
